SC Drone Services is a drone inspection and compliance documentation company based in Clemson, SC. We work with contractors, developers, and environmental consultants to produce aerial documentation for active construction sites across South Carolina.

Our focus is the regulatory record: BMP inspections, NPDES compliance documentation, SWPPP support, and construction monitoring. Every construction site disturbing one acre or more in South Carolina carries inspection obligations under the SCDHEC Construction General Permit. We produce the aerial documentation that supports those obligations, formatted to go directly into the SWPPP file.

We work with general contractors managing their own compliance, developers coordinating multiple active sites, and environmental consulting firms that need aerial documentation capacity during peak construction season. The subcontractor model is straightforward: the qualified inspector of record stays with the consultant or GC. We provide the aerial documentation.
